By accessing or using the OG01 platform at smartcards.og01.ai or og01.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, customers, and contributors of content.
OG01 is an AI Authority Intelligence Platform operated by Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd (ABN: TBC). The Platform provides:
OG01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
To access the Platform you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
OG01 operates on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise OG01 to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price changes: OG01 reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
The OG01 Founding Member Program ("Founding 200") offers the first 200 subscribers a lifetime pricing guarantee at the rate locked at the time of sign-up.
Lifetime rate guarantee: Founding members who maintain an active subscription will not be subject to standard price increases that apply to new subscribers after the founding period closes.
Forfeiture: The lifetime rate is forfeited if the founding member cancels their subscription. Re-subscription after cancellation will be at the then-current standard rate.
Tier upgrades: Founding members who upgrade to a higher tier will have their founding discount applied to the new tier rate.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
All content, features, and functionality of the OG01 Platform — including but not limited to the Authority Rating system, Smart Card framework, Ruby AI, scoring methodology, and visual design — are owned by Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own business purposes.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
OG01 analyses publicly available digital signals associated with the website URLs you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit any URLs provided to the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OG01 and Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
OG01 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
